Annual Maintenance Program
We recognize the importance of providing thorough production support for the Supply Chain applications. Our annual maintenance program helps to ensure long-term support and uninterrupted operations. Maintenance begins immediately upon purchase of the annual maintenance program and continues for a period of 12 months, at which time annual maintenance should be renewed. We guarantee a 24-hour and 7 days a week support.
Our dedicated data center is located in Atlanta, GA with staff to provide 24/7 Production support services. The data center is full-fledged equipped with advanced systems including in house IBM AS/400 systems.
