Ramesh is a seasoned subject matter expert for Manhattan Associates’ WMi product. He is responsible for catering to S3 Group’s customers’ requirements for identifying functionality gaps and optimize the use of Manhattan Associates’ WMS product.
Ramesh play key role in overseeing execution and delivery of S3 Group’s projects involving software upgrades, system configuration and/or customizations. With his 25+ years of experience in WMS implementations, Warehouse Automation(MHE) interfaces, EDI, ERP systems integration, he guides S3 Group’s team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Vincent Knox, Senior Director – Supply Chain Practice
Vincent is a seasoned Supply Chain Consulting Executive with 40+ year’s industry experience, planning and executing Supply Chain improvement processes and automation solutions with 20+ years of experience implementing Manhattan Associates software solutions. In his role at S3 Group, Vincent plays a key role overseeing the execution of Warehouse Management System implementations, customizations / modifications, and end to end execution to meet the Client’s expectations along with managing S3 Group’s client relationships. He is a proven Project Leader in providing quality implementations, on time and within budget constraints and his unique background and experience in Accounting, Distribution, and Supply Chain allows him to understand the multidimensional aspects of a project. His recent experience includes implementing customer internet fulfillment initiatives in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Bill Henderson, Senior Director – Supply Chain Practice
Bill, as a senior Supply Chain Executive, assists establish best practice standards and processes for S3 Group’s clients within Supply Chain Practice. He plays key role in assisting S3 Group’s pre-sales and marketing efforts including business proposals. With his extensive Manhattan Associates’ WMOS product expertise, he oversees onsite support for Clients’Cardinal Health’s Pharmaceutical test script execution for Manhattan Associates WMOS 2015 (Oracle Database, SAP ECC host system, Manhattan Associates SCORE) and manage team members internally for same following SAFe (Agile) development and implementation methodology. Test cases and defects tracked in HP Application Lifecycle Management and Jira. Worked with offshore team on future state and regression test automation. Attended training for SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification.
His experience includes Delivery of production support services to Nike (Foothill Ranch, CA) using Manhattan Associates WMi (PkMS) v2007 integrated with SDI MHE and JBA (System 21). He has worked with management teams, JBA team, and end users to resolve production issues through training and database corrections. Bridged knowledge transfer gap for WMi and related JBA interface activities from retiring manager to replacement.
Ravi Kukkamalla, Head – Business Intelligence / Analytics Practice
Ravi heads the Business Intelligence and Analytics practice for S3 Group, playing the lead role in providing technical and business acumen tuned for building, training, and leading multi-shore, cross-functional teams of subject matter experts and key stakeholders. He is an accomplished, solutions-focused executive, offering 25+ years of expertise in directing full cycles of complex, large-scale strategic initiatives across multiple market verticals―supply chain, retail, financial, media, telecom, energy, manufacturing, and transportation. He has a very deep, broad-based expertise in business development and engagement delivery. Ravi is also adept at driving execution of enterprise-wide business solutions in big data technologies, Data science, advanced analytics and visualization, data warehouse architecture and management, business intelligence, data architecture, master data management, data governance, and enterprise architecture. He ensures development and implementation of frameworks for rapid project deployment and capability enhancements in the group. Ravi plays the key role in introducing innovation in S3 Group’s BI and Analytics Practice, to guide the team with recommendations for the best and most optimal solution to our clients.
Sreenandan Jalisatgi, Director – Technology (Supply Chain Practice)
Techno-Functional consultant and Solution Architect with over 18 years of industry experience in Information Technology with specialization in the Logistics (Transportation Management and Warehouse Management domain) supporting Manhattan Associates products. He brings depth domain knowledge of Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) having implemented solutions for Elektra, Walmart, C&S Wholesale Grocers, AmerisourceBergen, McKesson Health Corp, Cardinal Health and Manhattan Associates TMS SaaS solutions. He is involved in hardware sizing, providing technical architecture solutions and integrating with several customer legacy and host systems like SAP. He has coordinated efficiently with teams across geographic locations and manages excellent client relationships.
Syed Asif Hussain, Consultant – Supply Chain Practice
Over 14 years of experience including 7 years of experience in supply chain management as results driven, quality focused in design, quality assurance, support, and implementation of SAP & Manhattan warehouse management solutions (WMOS).
Plays role of project manager and advisor to guide users through the process of implementing a WMS system. Helps redefine the client’s perspective on the QA testing process to a method that would produce superior results with a reduced effort.
Influences the requirements gathering effort to ensure the client’s expectations reflected what would produce the best results for their business and ensure the WMS software’s successful implementation.Prepares and conducts demos of the WMS product prior to design to develop a better understanding of the software and warehouse management philosophy by the client. He has extensive experience in analyzing Inventory for inventory synchronization between SAP ECC and Manhattan WMOS, works on Inventory analysis and tracking across host systems like SAP and Manhattan WMOS, integration between WMS to SAP host systems, analyzing process efficiency for developing test plans for testing and implementing configuration changes in WMOS.
